Jonas Kröger is Senior Director of Customer Solutions at Upsun. He leads a global team of solutions architects and the sales enablement function, the people customers sit with during the part of the process where nothing is decided yet and everything is still negotiable. He came to it from the other side of the table, leading engineering teams and asking the same question he asks now — not can we build it, but will it be worth anything to the person using it.
