About
Ron Balthazor retired from his position as a senior academic professional at the University of Georgia. He taught composition and Environmental Literature, was a developer of the Emma project (now eLW), a web application for writing, and served as the first director of the Sustainability Certificate.
He continues to work part-time as a web application developer for the English Department and the Sustainability Certificate at UGA.
His latest writing project, _A Book of Seasons_ will be published by Mercer University Press in the spring of 2026.
He plays regularly with a jazz trio named Trio Metro.
Ron Balthazor is a member of the community since October 2010.
