About
Grégoire is passionate about open source, actively contributing to major projects such as Twig and Symfony. His commitment and expertise were recognized in 2016 when he was named a core contributor to Symfony (now #8 contributor), following the integration of the Workflow component. He is responsible for reviewing, commenting on, and finalizing pull requests sent by the community. In addition, Grégoire answers developers' questions and manages tickets, whether they concern bugs or new features.
Since 2017, Grégoire has been contributing his expertise to JoliCode, where he has dedicated time to open source, allowing him to continue maintaining this essential component, but also to work on new projects such as Docker starter (a docker compose overlay to simplify the experience) and Castor (a modern task manager in PHP).
He enjoys sharing his knowledge through numerous articles on the JoliCode blog, as well as at conferences in France, Belgium, and Canada. Finally, Grégoire leads various advanced Symfony training courses at JoliCampus, JoliCode's web training organization.
